Returns / Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Every Joa Lab product is carefully formulated and crafted with love and care to ensure its quality. Regrettably, we do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges once the product has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
  • Please expect some slight variations (scents or colours) from batch to batch due to the nature of our natural products. However, this should not affect their efficacy.
  • If your orders arrived damage or incorrect. Kindly notify us by email at info@joalabskincare.com and send us a photo of evidence within 72 hours (3 days) of the products.
    Once notified, we will arrange a replacement or refund the amount of the purchase.
