- Every Joa Lab product is carefully formulated and crafted with love and care to ensure its quality. Regrettably, we do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges once the product has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
- Please expect some slight variations (scents or colours) from batch to batch due to the nature of our natural products. However, this should not affect their efficacy.
- If you received an incorrect order or arrived damage. Kindly get in touch with us (email@example.com) and send us a photo of evidence within 24 hours upon goods arrived date. We will arrange a replacement and send the correct order to you as soon as possible.
