  • Pickup your order from our home studio in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. When your order is ready, you will be notified the pick up location via WhatsApp within 1-3 days to collect your order.

    Returns / Exchange & Refund Policy

    • All goods sold are not refundable and returnable. 
    • Please expect some slight variations (scents or colours) in botanical soaps from batch to batch due to the nature of our natural products. However, this should not affect their efficacy.
    • If your orders arrive damaged or incorrect. Kindly notify us by email at (info@joalabskincare.com) or contact us through our website / Facebook / Instagram within 72 hours (3 days) upon receiving your package together with your:
    Order number, Phone number, Photos or video of the damages/incorrect item(s)
    • Once notified, we will arrange a replacement or refund the amount of the purchase.
