Orders received after 5pm (close of business) are considered to have been placed at the start of the next business day.

 

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia) 

  • Kindly allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
  • FREE shipping for orders above RM 100 (Peninsular).
  • FREE shipping for orders above RM 150 (Sabah & Sarawak).
  • Standard shipping within Peninsular (West Malaysia) - RM 10.
  • Standard shipping within Sabah & Sarawak (East Malaysia) - RM 15.

Local Pickups

  • If you would like to pickup your order from our home studio in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan.
  • Select Local Pickup at checkout and save on shipping fees. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. When your order is ready, you will be notified via WhatsApp within 1-3 days to collect your order.

International Shipping (Singapore only)

  • Expected delivery: 5 - 10 days. 
    (Kindly expect delay in pick up/delivery due to global Covid-19 pandemic).
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight (kg).
  • We are currently only allowed to ship our products to Singapore.
  • Shipping to the rest of the world will be announced on our Instagram, so stay tuned for further updates ! 
  • Please note that you will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes and any issues that may arise in your country.

 

Returns / Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Every Joa Lab product is carefully formulated and crafted with love and care to ensure its quality. Regrettably, we do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges once the product has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
  • Please expect some slight variations (scents or colours) from batch to batch due to the nature of our natural products. However, this should not affect their efficacy.
  • If your orders arrives damage or incorrect. Kindly notify us by email at info@joalabskincare.com and send us a photo of evidence within 72 hours (3 days) of the products.
    Once notified, we will arrange a replacement or refund the amount of the purchase.
